- Diperlukan 1 bungkus mie telur (isi 2 keping).
- Gunakan 2 butir telur ayam.

- Diperlukan 1/2 buah bawang Bombay dicincang (opsional/ jika suka agak manis).
- Diperlukan 5 butir bawang putih dicincang halus.
- Sediakan 1 sdm saus tiram.
- Gunakan 1 sdt kecap asin.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt kecap ikan.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- Sediakan 1 sdm kecap manis (bisa ditambah jika suka rasa kecap).
- Siapkan 1 sdm bubuk jamur totole.
- Diperlukan secukupnya Merica.
- Siapkan secukupnya Minyak goreng.

Langkah-langkah membuat Mee Goreng
- Rebus mie sebentar kemudian siram dg air dingin, setelah itu sisihkan & aduk rata dg kecap manis, kecap asin, saus tiram, kecap ikan, minyak wijen, merica, bubuk jamur..
- Panaskan minyak di pan, kocok lepas telur, orak arik di pan, masukkan bawang Bombay & bawang putih, tumis hingga harum..
- Masukkan sawi hijau. Tumis sbntr, kemudian masukkan mie yg sudah di Bumbui, aduk rata, masak hingga matang. Sajikan.
